All rates are quoted in United States Dollars, and are inclusive of 15% VAT and 2% ZTA Levy.

Full board rates include accommodation, full english and continental breakfast, light lunch, and three course dinner.

All Inclusive rates for SkyDeck Mountain retreat include all meals, teas, drinks and activities.​

All rates exclude laundry, transfers and imported premium beverages.

A minimum of 2 nights stay at all our properties is applied. 

Pensioner rate applies to individuals aged 65 and older. Verification required upon arrival.

Regrettably no children U12 years of age can be accommodated at the SkyDeck Mountain Retreat without permission from management. 

During school half terms Easter Weekend, Heroes Weekend, Christmas and New Year there is a minimum three night stay policy.

Transport is not included in our rates except for shuttles to and from our activities for SkyDeck Mountain Retreat, however we can arrange various options from anywhere within Zimbabwe. 

Standard check in is 14:00 and check out time is 10:00. An early check in and late check out can be requested where necessary, this however cannot be guaranteed. 

All tours, experiences and activities are weather permitting. Guest safety is our first priority.
